Brighton Real Estate has acquired a 54-acre site in Brunswick, Georgia, and is building a luxury RV resort expected to open in early 2028. The resort will feature 340 RV sites, including 55 casitas and 21 luxury RV sites. Guests will enjoy an extensive collection of resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool and lazy river, an indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar, a clubhouse with retail space, a fitness center, an arcade, meeting and event spaces, two pickleball courts, a dog park, a music pavilion, and a boathouse overlooking a six-acre lake.
